Westport Farm is a residential community built by TH Properties that stradles the border of Hatfield and Franconia Townships. The community features 111 Townhomes and Twins and 114 Single Family Homesand was built during 2007 and 2008. The Hatfield portion is located in the North Penn School District and the Franconia portion is in the Souderton School District. Westport Farm is accessable from either Derstine Road, Elroy Road or Mininger Road.
