Important reminder:  The person in the sales office at a new construction community works for the builder.  Under Pennsylvania law the builder-salesperson has no fiduciary obligations to the buyer.  Anything you say can and will be used against you to get the builder the best deal, and not you.  Like any other home, new construction is negotiable; especially in today's market.  It is in your best interest to allow Rob to represent your interests when purchasing new construction.  As described in the Consumer Notice; Rob, working as your buyer's agent, has the responsibility to work solely for you and your interests.  Use the power is Rob 's negotiating skills to get you the price and terms that makes sense for you.  And remember, Rob 's services as a buyer's agent are free to you, the buyer.  I will negotiate my fee with the builder.  FREE REPRESENTATION?  You can't beat that...
